The GChem3d application is a simple
molecular structures visualizer. The application is also great for
any high school or college student in chemistry courses. Molecular viewer
(Gchem3d) allows the users to open and view molecules in SDF or PDB format
files.GChem3d is able to display
a molecule using four model types: the ball and stick model, the compact model,
the cylinders model, and the wireframe model. Multiple bonds are displayed as
such in the ball and stick mode. To change the mode, choose
either View ▸ Balls and
sticks, View ▸ Space
filling, View ▸ Cylinders,
or View ▸ Wireframe.
